Unit was delivered on time 10am starbucks 7/23/2012
Helped me checking the functionality which is good.
But...
Dishonest about the physical appearance of the Unit.
Bad After Sales.
Inbox is full after sending one msg via tcp.
Last login 9:54PM 7/23/2012 send the text saying to clear his inbox 8:49PM 7/23/2012. No Response.
Contact person not replying to text since 2:01PM 7/23/2012

Unit is full of scratches and small crack
misleading ADVERTISEMENT -- saying that NO dents or whatsoever
ASKED for refund. Nada. I even offered to go return the unit within the day to their nearest convenient place. Roughly 2 hours after receiving it, no response. IF YOU ARE REALLY HONEST AND SAYING the truth you would me meet me..but instead you ignored it.
Like what i said. Its not humanly possible na saken galing ang scratches, dents and crack na meron ang unit mo, dahil I only used it for like 30minutes then poof you are gone and your number is unreachable for like 2-3hours.. you even affirm to me that it has scratches.. so don't claim it smooth.
I trusted your advertisement too much so I carefully inspect the functionality first not the physical look itself.. and the lighting (indoors) inside Starbucks will not show the flaws well.. kaya it was not carefully inspected until I went outdoors. PEOPLE will put trust on your advertisement kaya sana please keep it.
Confirmed by Samsung Authorized Service Center (parksquare makati) how the scratches/dent/cracks where form.. and its not possible talaga to get them within one day so definitely its from the previous owner.
