All I needed was help to fix the unit, I did not even ask for refund or whatever. A fix or better yet a change kung pwede, then you go crazy with your police husband and all?

Kahit mag harap harap pa tayo I will be confident, kung matagal ka na sa ganitong business, dapat alam mo kung paano maging professional, out of warranty ang claim ko? naiuwi ko ng maayos ang unit? You always deal with police bodyguards? DO I LOOK LIKE I WILL EXTORT YOU FOR MONEY?

Maam, matagal ka na sa kalakaran, you shouldn't be defensive, and you should have better after sales, kindly check kelan pa ako member sa community na to, check if I had atleast a negative feedback on me.
