Next time, please double check na working lahat ng features. Sabi mo working sya today but when we tested the earpiece while make a call last night, ayaw. Was there something wrong with what we did? Well you weren't there to assist us, that's why I'm giving this negative feedback.
Hindi na nga ikaw yung nag deliver ng unit, yung pinadala mo wala pang kaalam alam tungkol sa iphone, ni ayaw nga hawakan eh. We had some questions na hindi namin matanong dun sa bata na pinadala mo, and decided to call you nalang when we couldn't get our sim to work (hindi pala naka unlocked). Okay that's fixable but when we discovered na hindi working yung earpiece, we just realized we wasted gas money and time going there (paranaque to kalookan). If you couldn't make it, you could have just told us to go another time.
