  i had a bad experience with harold. i called on a sunday, since they advertised 24/7, i expected him to really mean it. anyway, he told me this is not true anymore, that they are on LEAVE? but he agreed to come to my place in an hour. an hour passed an i get a call from harold and he is still at home??? hindi daw clear ang address na binigay ko. he realized his after an hour? then he tells me if i want to reschedule it. he must be kidding! i already readied the computer setup in my living room and cancelled my appointment with compuserve. bad trip talaga! thank you na lang daw! thanks for the inconvenience harold. i hope you do not do this to anybody again.

  sir sorry for the negative feedback. Me, my husband & my baby have waited for you at SM North, 7-9pm thurs and there's no sign of you. It's not an excuse na nakatulog ka sa bus last nite sa sobrang pagod lumagpas ka na sa sm. Sana di na po maulit sa ibang tao dito. Next time, don't say yes if you can't make it. Sorry kung di na rin po ako nagpadata recovery sa inyo.
