  i gave you a negative feedback but you ask me to delete it..you said you were willing to replace the unit or give my money back, you were very nice in texting me so, ako pa nga napahiya sa sarili ko bakit kita linagyan ng negative feedback...but now this will remain..
  
  i am just the unlucky customer you sold a defective unit to?..all i see are positive and great praises in your tcp account...why me?
  
  you sold me a totally defective usb port of the 5.9k nokia n85 i BOUGHT from you..i had been texting you almost everyday..at first you were replying and even texting "sensya na"..then for 1 week you never texted back
  
  i was in baguio yesterday, sabi ko sa sarili ko, pagawa ko na nga lang tong n85 tutal enjoy ko naman...when the technician opened the unit..he was shocked (so was I!)..to see the usb port was just glued to the board..it was beyond repair..maski mabili sa nokia service center yung pyesa, yung usb port wala na kakapitan..in layman's term..USELESS na!!!
  
  your post did say that all was included was a desktop charger..you didn't say it was DEFECTIVE...plus you constantly ignored my text message..all of them FYI was texted in a nice manner..no angry cuss words or the like..
  
  I am a law graduate..hopefully a lawyer by next year mr cj aka trustedpogi8...someday somehow i will find a way to bring you down...5,900 pesos is a lot of money sir..i didn't pick it up fron the streets or steal it from a poor old lady..i worked hard for it so i can have a cellphone i really love..but you, a conman and a liar wasted my hard earned cash..
  
  sabi mo lugi ka sa presyo na 5.9k for a nokia n85..how come nobody would like to buy it from me or even swap a very low cp unit for that precious n85?..why?...out of frustration last night and after a couple of redhorse that nokia n85 unit died..i smashed it with my baseball bat wishing it was your head instead...but i quicly calmed down and realized i am not that sort of person...so you dont have the responsibility to return my money since i dont have the object of our contract anymore(n85)..but you have a responsibility to your buyers my friend..and also to God!
  
  cj aka trustedpogi...have great positive feedbacks here in tcp..so don't let my negative feedback hinder you from dealing with this nice gentleman...but remeber..it happened to me..it could happen to you too...have the courage to go to a technician and have any cp you bought or swapped from this guy checked...it may work now...but in a couple of weeks, months..who knows..even years..., you may realize that this evil seller sucked you dry...he got the best out of your transaction
  
  who knows..he may delete this account of his..and go under the guise of trustedugly8 and con other peple again...goodluck guys..
