after setting an appointment time and place, and requesting to move it an hour later... twice, only to be informed at the last minute that he cannot make it as he doesnt have the item with him and still has to go home to get it, as a seller, ought to have done better than make excuses.
dont take ur appointments for granted, be more punctual and considerate in your dealings. it WILL do you a lot of good.
try to keep your integrity intact after each transaction, it will be your biggest gain.

BAD EXPERIENCE -- NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Did not show up at 12 noon, the agreed time of appointment because he decided to go out of town. He claimed he texted me AT 2:30 A.M. that he wouldn't be coming. Of course, since I keep my cellphone off during those ungodly hours, I did not receive his alleged text. The least he could have done -- since he was the one breaking the appointment -- was to follow me up since he did not receive any response from me. But he did not. So I trudged through heavy traffic and rain that day, all to wait in vain, all for nothing.
Worst of all, he had the gall to tell me it was my fault for not confirming again a few hours before the appointed time. My only fault was trusting the positive ratings which said he was "mabilis/madaling kausap" and "maaga dumating".
I took my business elsewhere.
This seller will break his own commitment, then blame his customer for it.
