98% smooth - some scratches on sides but very minor, only from use and none on screen, which has been with protective film and in Capdase leather case since Day 1. No issues whatsoever, test all you want, and I give personal warranty. Open line.

1st generation but for me, no difference in responsiveness to 2nd gen.
