May bago na po bang "HELP ME CHOOSE A PHONE THREAD"?

  • @mercuryjam, salamat!
  • @anya618

    Pm'd you po for seller.
Note 4 sa China = Mediatek variant naman. Confusing na mga namings since hindi standard. Kaya the best way to check if Snapdragon or MTK is use an app sa playstore to check.
  • alin mas ok? snapdragon or mediatek? pros and cons?

Yan boss to help you. Based on my experience on Qualcomm vs Mediatek, mas maganda talaga Qualcomm (Snapdragon) processors.
  • alin mas ok? snapdragon or mediatek? pros and cons?

  • Hi guys,

    TIA sa mga suggestions..

My current set up is, one IP6 (smart locked) , one IP6+ (globe locked) , and one IP7+ (smart locked) . Now, globe is offering retention with IP SE , and Smart naman is offering a renewal din na may Note 8.

Plan A - bitawan si IP6+ and IP6 , retain IP7+ and SE and Note 8 yung kasama nya.
Plan B - IP6+ lang yung bitawan, negotiate a bill rebate na lang sa globe instead na free unit, retain si IP6 with IP7+ and yung makuha ko sa retention sa smart na Note 8.
Plan C - bitawan si IP6 , negotiate a bill rebate na lang sa globe instead na free unit , get Note 8.

Considerations kaya naguguluhan ako mag decide :

If I go with Plan A - naliliitan ako sa IP SE at 4" , pero mas mabilis, mas mataas yung hardware compared to IP6 and IP6+. SE has better screen, and camera compare sa 6 series. SE , for some, and for me, is mas maganda yung design, can be operated with 1 hand, and mas madali ibulsa, bitbitin and overall , mas madali gamitin in real life. Sabi ng wife ko, hindi daw bagay sa sakin yung ganoon kaliit na phone.

If I go with plan B - My IP6 is smart locked, and problem ko lang is kung saan ko ilalagay si globe sim. Plus, advantage din kase na you have both sims na merong active data, there are places kase na mahina data ni smart and malakas naman yung globe, and vise versa.

If I go with Plan C - malalaki lahat ng phones, in real life, mahirap bitbitin , lahat 2 hand operated. Mahirap mag type sa isang kamay habang yung isang kamay hawak yung isang phone during a call. Walang pwede ibulsa, specially slim / skinny fit jeans ang uso ngayon.

Again, thanks po sa may mga suggestions.
  • @ragramon1979,

    Hi Sir,

Di halatang Apple fanatics ka, hehe.

Plan A - okay lang para may maliit kang phone
Plan B - flagship dual SIM android phones have 4G/3G set-up. Meaning capable ang SIM 1 ng LTE and up to 3G lang si 2nd SIM. Pero some phones are capable of 4G both on 2 SIMS but not at the same time. I set-up mo lang sa settings. (2nd SIM ay openline sa mga plans)
    Plan C - no comment

Your three options looks good to me. And I think it would be wise if you would base your decision on your lifestyle. Kung ako siguro, I'll go with this.....

Plan D, bitawan si IP6 and get a Note 8. Wait and see ka muna sa Globe.
  • @nevoj_19 ,

Hindi naman masyado fanatic sir, hehe. I just find IOS' ecosystem better and simpler. Madali mag sync between devices and mas fluid ang overall experience. And I consider having android once in a while.

Thanks for the suggestion sir, pwede ko na eliminate yung ibang choice. It's just a matter of choosing what to let go, IP6 or IP6+. Malalaman natin yan pag dumating si Note 8.
