  My deal with ARA did not actually conclude with me buying her item. Unfortunately, her item was not compatible with my hp Pavilion. As soon as I told her that her item was not working with my rig, she readily offered a to meet on that same day and fully refund my money!!! Now that's what I call customer service!!
