don't worry I will take the heat. Ako lang talaga nagbigay ng 7 days warranty dyan kasi alam kong ok ung unit. nagtaka nga ako nung sinabi mong di nagccharge eh. kasi confident tlaga ako na ok ung unit kaya ko binigyan ng warranty. so if ever na may papaayos ako ang magpapaayos nyan. i sucks but what can I do? :P anyways lets check nalang. :)

I spent P800 for the repair, P400 for class A battery and P150 for new charger...sana kahit man lang to mabayaran...wag na yung hassle na dinulot ng unit, halos isang buwan bago ko napaayos ulit dahil need ko pang palitan ng maayos na unit ung binigyan ko ng unit na to... I shouldered the hassles of your phones...ako ang nagbayad sa nakbili ng sirang unit...

2 days pa lang after the transaction kinontact na kita to inform you na sira ang phone di magamit ng maayos...we had a discussion..ur argument is that na test ng maayos nung binili ko sau...probably...pero hindi naman kasama sa pag test ang pag charge nung cellphone at Ni hindi nagamit ng maayos ang unit pagkatapos madrain ang battery, that's when we found out it IS NOT CHARGING, grounded ang loob ayaw mag charge...pati battery at charger...sira din...at kaya nga may 7 days warranty, may mangyari mang issue dapat the seller is responsible enough to resolve the issues...pero andung nagdahilan ka n that you are broke and there is no way for you to return the money to me...I settled sa pagapapaayos na lang at ishoulder namn sana kung maari kahit 1k on top of the repair expenses mabalik because I paid for an a1 conditioned phone as per ur ad..."never opened nor repaired" :(

Anyways, you know the truth young man! You still have a long way to go and there's a lot for you to learn on how to deal effectively with customers more so on how you can gain respect from others. The After sales is very important...kaya nga may CS ang mga companies so they can attend to issues immediately.

But if this is how you do ur deals I doubt if you'll ever go places in this field...
