never deal with this guy, manloloko to! real name : jonathan gabriel (5'2" maputi, mukhang intsik, maamo ang face do mo mapagkakamalan..)

now i believe that "di mo talaga makikilala ang isang tao unless nakasama mo for at least a period of time and it really takes a particular situation to know one's true personality"

we are a six year old home-based company (computer & i.t. services), we give jobs to willing part-time techs and we never had problems until this techguy came..

we hired him as part-time technician (with a signed contract ) and he worked for us for about two weeks pero intermitent....napaka-unprofessional!

we give him clients to go to and render service, 1st week ok.
2nd week nagsi-service pa rin sya sa mga client na pinapapuntahan namin sa kanya and they (technicians) are allowed to collect payments (3000 and below) from the client and sop nila na ideposit agad yung collected payments within the day or next banking day pag di umabot sa banko. ang nangyari bigla na lang sya nawala without any advise. soooo unprofessional..! at sana kung may problema sya sa company regulations namin or may naging mali man kami sa kanya or what, sana nakipag-usap sya ng maayos hindi ung bigla na lang sya mawawala with all the receipts and money still with him.

second week, all cash collected di nya ni-remit kesyo nasa girlfriend nya daw (ngek! ba't nandon? well di na ko nakipag-argue) buti na lang ung check ni-remit, eh no choice sya kc nkapangalan sa company..this time ewan ko mukhang me binabalak na siguro sya pero since we're not aware binigyan pa rin namin sya ng sked sa mga times na available sya...but after that never na sya nagtext or tumawag man lang, (tinitext, di sumasagot, pag tinatawagan naman dina-drop ung kol) bigla na lang nagdisappear.

after 4 days or so..tumawag samin ung 1 sa mga last clients na pinuntahan nya...syempre hinahanap sya, kasi daw me pinull-out syang external hdd and cash amounting to PhP6,550.00 for the upgrade of parts "daw" and sss i.d. nong client (don't know what the sss i.d. is for) without any advise sa office. kakaloka noh! lakas ng loob at magaling, kasi napaniwala nya ung client na sya na lang bahala makipag-coordinate samin (well, may fault din ung client...nagtiwala agad at di sya sa office nakipagusap). late last week tumawag sakin ung client sabi nya nagtext back daw sa kanya si jonathan ang sabi ipapa-lbc ung mga pinul-out nya. so ayon nagantay ung client pero walang dumating na lbc. kinabukasan umalis ung client and dumating naman si jonathan binigay daw sa taong nandon ung hard disk and the sss i.d. "except for the money". pagbalik nong client, syempre sinabi nong nakatangagap na nagpunta daw si jonathan at iniwan nga ung hdd and id, naturally the client asked for the cash bakit di iniwan..

so tinext ng client si jonathan asking for the cash,
text back sa kanya "ibinili daw ng mga parts" tanong ng client "asan?"
sagot: "nandyan po iniwan ko rin"
client: "nasan wala naman dito, hdd and id lang. eh ung resibo?" jonathan: "nasakin po".
well di na nkipag-argue ung client, inisip nya baka ininstall ni jonathan at di lang nakita nong tao nya.. kaya ginawa ng client tumawag sya samin, nagpapunta ng technician at pinacheck ung mga pc to confirm kung meron nga iniwan na pyesa..viola! wala!

hehe magic!..biglang naging invisible ung mga parts na binili daw at ung resibo ewan kung meron nga..baka nakasulat sa hangin! yung cash din na supposedly for remmittance wala na...at di na rin kami umaasa...sana lang wag mangyari senyo ang nangyari samin with this "techguy"...

p.s. ...he may post here negative things against me/us to retaliate and to excuse himself pero ang masasabi ko lang, wala akong mahihita sa kanya at pag may apoy talagang may usok...

besides, we already filed legal complaints against him...
