Q: Do you have physical store? Where can I get the item?
A: No, I dont have physical store yet. I only do online selling, we can meet at the specified location or I can ship the item at the courier provided below. (LBC or XEND courier).
Q: Where is your location?
A: Were located in C5 in front of the SM Aura near Market Makrket, but I do meetup at the specified location.
Q: Do you have other meetup points aside from the specified locations?
A: Yes, but it depends on the location and situation.
Q: Do you have other available time for meetup? Can we meet earlier other than the time specified?

Q: Is the item available on hand now?
A: It depends, please inquire on us regarding this.

Q: Is the item brand new or second hand?
A: Definately brand new, all items Im selling are new. Unless stated.
Q: How can I order? Im from far location.
A: Just confirm your order then Ill check for the availability of the item, if it is available then you can send the payment.
Q: How can I send/give the payment? How would you know that I already sent my payment?
A: The payment can be done via bank deposit in BDO or BPI only. After you deposited your payment, please let me know where branch you deposited the Ill check it online or call the bank.
Q: We dont have any bank near our location, what are the other payment options?

- 1 day delivery anywhere in the Philippines via LBC
- 1 business day delivery in Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite via XEND (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)
- 1 to 3 business days delivery in other locations in the Philippines via XEND (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)
Q: We dont have XEND here in our location, how can I get the item?
A: The XEND courier course the provincial deliveries nationwide through LBC and 2GO and the transit time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding Holidays and Sundays) provided that the address is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery.D
Q: How can I get the item?
A: The item will be delivered to your doorstep or you can have it pick up at any LBC branches near you. You have to specify if you want to pickup the item at LBC branch. Items delivered via Xend can also be picked up at any LBC Branches.
Q: How whould I know if you are a trusted seller and not a scammer?
A: You can check the user feedback here at may sulit account. All the testimonials of the previous clients/buyers can be seen, proving that they recieve their orders
Q: What if the item is damage after I recieved it?
A: I will replace the item, you have to send it back to me then I will send the replacement (for shipping transaction)
Q: Do you have warranty for your products?
A: Yes, most of the products are 1 week replacement warranty, but it should be for factory defect only. Mishandling the item or any user fault are not covered by the warranty.
Q: Is your product original?
A: It depends, I am selling lots of items and and it depends on the customers need.

A: Yes, but it will depends on our agreement.
Q: Do you do other couriers aside from LBC and XEND like Air21, JRS, etc.?
A: We can also ship you parcel to your preferred courier as long as we have the nearest branch in our location.
Q: Do you do COD or cash on delivery?
A: It depends if we know the exact location and it is accessible. CASH ON MEETUP can be done as well.
Q: Can you send the item before I send or deposit the payment?
A: No, you have to settle the payment before I will send the item. Take a look at the feedback from my previous clients for your peace of mind.
Q: What if my order is not available or out of stock, is it possible to order my desired item?
A: Yes, there are items that can be ordered right away and there are items that imported and seasonal. In these case please text me regarding your order then I will update you once the items are available. I cant track all the messages here in sulit and in facebook, so it will be better if you text me first so that I can easily track the previous order once the items are available.
