I heard over the radio station that Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile is trying to do something about our missing pre-paid credits on our cellphone load.
For the past few years I\\\'ve been a victim of this scam from the Teleco\\\'s and as of late its pissing me off so I decided to get a new SIM card and loaded P100 and used the immortal text promo, when i checked my balance ( using the FREE balance check on the sim services ) my load was spot on (P90.00) 2 hours after I checked again and my balance dropped to P85 and 75 on the next day. Since it is a new SIM card I decided to report to globe again and their CS made a report a 2 days after Globe sent me an SMS saying that they could not trace what happened to my load ( hint ) and in \\\"good-will\\\" they will refund me. The next day after I the refunded missing load from globe\\\'s autoloadmax system.
I still saved the message on my phone and if this can help in anyway way with the Senator\\\'s campaign id be glad to take photo/screencaps and send this to him.

up for this thread. Ive been a globe user for almost 7years.at malaki laking amount na rin na scam sakin. lalo na noong may unli pa ng 50pesos fir 5days.pag twice mo nasend ang registration,double amount ang mababawas sa load mo (100) pero 5days ka lng unli.pag naman itinawag sa CS,sasabihan ka lang na gagawan ng report pero wala namang nangyayari sa report nila.hindi nababalik ang load.

Yung kasi problema ng mga telco, minamliit nila tayo mga pre-paid users.

Im a Sun prepaid user for 3 years pero di pa ko nananakawan ng load kahit kelan. Prior to that I was a Smart then Globe user pareho tong dalawang to nang oomit ng load.

Globe and smart nanakawan na ako. Pag tumawag ako csr, di ako pumapayag na ibalik sa akin ang load on the spot. Always talk to the supervisor.

ako nga nag reg sa immortal text ng globe nila... na ubos ko na yung 50 free etxt at 8 free text for other network. went i check my balance lang kanina... wala na yung 8 free text ko for other network.

@ gasti_ako - kawawa naman yung agent kung laging supcall. kahit ilang supcall pa gawin mo hindi naman nila aayusin ang system nila. kailangan masabon pa ng senate. tsk tsk tsk
at least sa suncellular di kumakain ng load. =)

ako i've been a loyal GLOBE user for almost 7 years or so pati DSL ko globe din pero nakakabuwisit talaga yang mga ads ng globe tapos biglang nawawala ang load mo.. kahit di ka nagsubscribe mababawasan ang load mo.. kaya ako pagnagload ako ngayon laging 25 pesos lang para nauubos ko agad at kung magpaload man ako ng 100 pesos ina-unlitxt ko agad ito for 5 days para hindi mawala bigla... :)

mga outsourced agents lang yang mga yan at frontliners lang sila at kahit ilang sup call pa gawin mo wala silang access sa mismong databank ng globe at kung minsan eh na-ooverlook din yang mga pina-file nyong mga complaint dun kaya walang silbi...

Globe and Smart lang ata gumagawa nito, currently ang liit pa ng Sun to try something like this but i hope they never will.
Di ako tumawag sa callcenter nila, sa business office lang ako nag complain.. lagpas na ata 3k nanakaw ng globe sken sa old sim ko dahil yan pa yung pina ka first SIM nila.

Sa tingin ko majority ng irrate calls dahil sa missing load. Kaya sinasabon ko supervisor bakit di nila iraise ito sa upper management or marketing or whatever na kung sino ang may pakana niyan. Padadalhan ka ng trivia o joke na di mo naman kailangan. Kaltas na agad. Kaya mayat maya ako magcheck ng balance. Also, katwiran ko ang autoload or eload or pasaload realtime, why would it take 24 hours to bring back a load.

ano phone mo? May phones na automatic kumokonek sa net. Tulad ng iphone. Yung 3gs ng friend ko pinapalitan niya settings para di magkonek. Also, may applications ang nokia na pag open mo kumokonek agad. Baka yun yung dahilan ng pagbawas ng load mo.

wala na yata ngayon yung mga gantong padala ng globe since nai-raise na ito ni Sen. Enrile. sana tuluyan ng mawala itong mga kalokohan na to ng globe dahil pagnagkataon wala ng magsusubscribe sa globe o smart pa.. ako nakared mobile isa kong phone at 2 months ko ng gamit wala naman nagpapadala ng kalokohan sakin.. :)

Irrelevant na yung phone model ko, the phones i used before had no internet connectivity.. kahit WAP wala.
This isnt about the accidental internet connection problem, its about the loads stolen.
Ang pina ka malupet ko na experience is after i loaded na wala agad yung P35 ko coz i wanted to make a globe to globe call biglaan sabi "You have no pre-paid credits left to make a call" pati yung nag load sken na gulat.

sunod sunod pa din ang spam text ng globe. whole of last week lahat kami nakakatanggap ng message ads from 8888 such as "kung mag lo-load ka ng at least P20 from Oct. 11-15 bibigyan ka namin ng 20 free texts." meron din yung "Dahil nag load ka mula Sept. 15, heto na ang 100 free TEXTS mo." mag inquire ka ng balance sa 222 or immortal bal sa 8888, wala naman.

ganyan din ako eh nag IMMORTAL ng 200petot tapus mga 3days lang wala na, pero binalik din naman nila kase nga bago pa lang ang promo kaya posible my bug pa!
naalala ko dati yung kasugapaan at kalokohan ng SMART yung PURETXT haha kaya laki ng galit ko sa smartnanginangyan eh,mashadong madugas at mautak pwe!!!

pre paid man or post paid ninanakawan ng telco... ako nga bill sila ng bill ng mms eh wala naman ako pinag susubscriban tapos nung nireklamo ko sa kanila di din nila binalik pinaasa lang ako sa wala dapat dyan bigyan ng mabigat ng parusa eh
