  please be a responsible when your entering and negotiating to anyone
  - know all issues of the items to be sold and respect their post
  - be appropriate if you have a closed deal ( I'm on my way on our meeting place and then you cancelled it )
  - never let the negotiation always be a beneficial only to your part be considerate of the selling party
