Hi TCP members,
I got a deal with this person last June 23, 2015 with his Nokia N9 for 2,300 pesos. We met at Robinson pioneer for our transaction. I really hadn't enough time to check the unit because I'm at the duty that time and also I trusted him that the phone is 100% working and no issues at all. so I gave him the money and got the phone right away.
After the transaction, I have checked the phone in my office and tried the headset if its working. I think it has a problem with the port so I tried using all models of headset like nokia, samsung, sony as he advised. I was able to have the phone consulted in Robinson so I found out the port is no longer working. I asked kung magkano pagawa so its 700 daw.
I texted this person and informed him about what happen so we agreed na maghahati kami sa bayad so I'll asked him to pay 350. He replied ok for him but until now after a constant follow ups, di padin nya mabigay ung 350 nahinihingi ko he promised na sa katapusan pero July 1 na. hindi na sya nag reply.

Again Sir, It's not about the money I am asking for you, this is integrity issue, binalewala ko na nga ung defect and I ask for only 350 para atleast pagtulungan nalng natin ung sira ng phone pero wala. I always reminding you every end of day pero di kau nakikipag cooperate. SORRY but I have to post this here just so them know how kind of seller you are.
